Nicky lives in Dunstable, Bedfordshire with her partner John and 2 teenage children.
Having fore-went a dining room some years ago in order to have her very own work room  many years on it has definitely been used well!
There is barely a day goes by when you wont find Nicky hiding out there, under mounds of fabric, trimmings, clay, paint, glues and doll houses!
Nicky loves collecting 1/12th scale miniatures as well as making them and her present collection consists of numerous room boxes, 2 doll houses ( constantly in the state of renovation) and also her collection of photo boxes, that she has toiled endlessly over in order to be a backdrop for photographing her dolls.

 "I just love the world of doll making and my only regret is not discovering polymer clay 30 years ago!
For me, as well as many other doll makers, it is a labour of love, within it you are only restricted by your imagination, and as my mother always said, its something I have plenty of! There is not a day goes by when I do not learn something new and I am always striving to continue to improve my skills and learn new aspects within the miniature world."

Nicky's work has been featured in Dolls House and Miniature Scene, Dolls House Word, Dolls Magazine and Discover Dolls.
